Limited Mac and iPhone assistance

I can help with setup, accounts, syncing, backups, software and learning your device. Apple hardware work is limited.

Apple’s restrictions can make independent hardware repair impractical. I’ll explain that honestly and help you choose the most sensible next step.

How on-site billing works

On-site appointments have a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments. I’ll explain the available options and likely costs before work begins.
